Sentiments Forged in Steel

Gardenia Mercantile began as a manufacturing company and has since turned into a full blown creative outlet, creating artwork for the home, workspace, or any space with walls. Business partners Kayla Norris and Brent Nicholson started Gardenia Mercantile in 2017 over a casual date night with their spouses. The dinner turned into a brainstorming session and quickly turned into a business.

Norris says of Nicholson, “It’s nice to have a business partner with the knowledge and faith in you to make something happen. Gardenia Mercantile has been an entrepreneurial fairy tale.”

Along with metal artisan, Robert Brown, and office manager, Alexis Gammon, Gardenia Mercantile is gearing up to expand its business to include home décor, jewelry, and dining and entertaining accessories. All products are proudly made in the USA.

Be My Valentine

Express your love with a touching, rustic valentine. Each handmade sign is unique, with lovely imperfections. Made of sturdy 18-gauge industrial steel, the signs will last a lifetime. Norris says the signs are a forever gift.

Make it Personal

Customize the perfect gift with your friend or loved one’s name, or create a sign with a special saying only the two of you understand. Custom signs take 10 days to produce and look best if limited to 10 words or less. Personalized signs add a special touch to any home and make a thoughtful house warming gift.

Metal for Men

Don’t forget a gift for the guys! Say I love you to the man in your life with a cycling or Oklahoma-shaped sign. Also new to the collection is a duck hunting sign and a fishing sign—just perfect for the work shop, garage, or man cave.

Sign Me Up!

Gardenia Mercantile signs add a special touch to any home but are rugged enough to be displayed outdoors. Signs are available in black, white, and plain metal and are offered in seasonal colors, such as red for Valentine’s Day and blue for the Fourth of July.
