Drink recipe by Mixologist Kristen Roelofsen of Boardwalk Distribution

Ingredients:

2 cups Cask and Crew Ginger Spice Rye Whiskey
1 bottle Naonis Prosecco
1 cup Bentley’s Triple Sec
1 1/2 cups lime juice
1/2 cup lemon juice
3 1/2 cups Mr. Pure grapefruit juice
(4 inch) piece of ginger, grated
Fresh grapefruit and lime slices for garnish

Directions:

For a light and tasty drink to share with friends and family, start by mixing the lime, lemon and grapefruit juices with ginger, whiskey and triple sec. Next, add grated ginger and stir to fully combine all of the ingredients. Save the Naonis Prosecco for later and chill the entire mixture.

To serve, pour the chilled drink over ice and top with Naonis Prosecco. Garnish with fresh grapefruit and lime.
