“Decorating the Tree”

Music and lights, laughter and fun! Experience the drama of Christmas, December 19-23, at the ORU Timko Barton Performance Hall located at 7777 S. Lewis Ave. Expect a performance by Scott C. Lovett & Aflame featuring such songs as “Jingle Bells,” “Let it Snow,” and more.  

“Decorating the Tree” is a stage drama with video that focuses on the various stresses that occur each holiday season. It also reveals the hearts and attitudes of the family interactions to reveal the true nature of Christmas.

Tulsa Stained Glass hosts a variety of classes and December is filled with fun holiday themes.

Circle Cinema presents “White Christmas” (1954)

A Circle Cinema yearly tradition returns for the holidays beginning December 13th.  Irving Berlin’s musical favorite follows the talented song-and-dance team of Bing Crosby and Danny Kaye, who join forces with the sister act of Rosemary Clooney and Vera-Ellen for a musical Christmas in Vermont. Select screenings will be special Sing Along events. Tickets are $9.50/$6.50 and Sing-Along screenings are $12/$10. 

Garden of Lights

Tulsa Botanic Garden offers an illuminated escape from the holiday hustle and bustle with Garden of Lights from 5-10 p.m., Thursday – Sunday, November 29 until January 5. Stroll through whimsical displays in the Children’s Discovery Garden as well as elegant views and dazzling lights in the Tandy Floral Terraces. Castle Christmas at the Castle of Muskogee

Drive through Castleton Village filled with over 2,000 holiday displays and thousands of colorful lights. Open every night through December 31, 5:30 -10 p.m. Take a train ride through the Village or ride the ponies – all weather permitting. Stop inside The Castle for the Christmas Shoppe, free family movies, unique merchants, and the Cafe. Make ornaments in Santa’s workshop and warm up by the fireplace. Free admission – donations are gratefully accepted.
